To determine the value of cystoscopy and endovesical biopsy in the diagnosis of specific and nonspecific
inflammation of the bladder. Material and methods: 440 patients with suspected urinary tract tuberculosis were
subjected to Comprehensive clinical and laboratory examination. Patients were divided into two groups, in the 1st
β 238 first identified patients with tuberculosis of the urinary tract, who were on inpatient treatment in Rsnpmcfip
from 2015 to 2017.; in the 2nd β 202 patients with nonspecific urological diseases. The complex of examination
included General clinical, biochemical, bacteriological, functional. For differential diagnosis of bladder tuberculosis,
we conducted a comparative analysis of endoscopic and pathomorphological patterns in 92 patients. The digital
material is processed by the method of variation statistics. Results: In endoscopic examination of the bladder in
almost all patients with bladder tuberculosis, the capacity of the bladder was reduced, in contrast to patients with
other urological diseases. Contact hemorrhages, mucosal ulcers, deformities of the mouths were observed in patients
with 38.8 to 93.9% of cases, which was significantly more often than in non-specific urological diseases. The presence
of persistent dysuria in a patient with urogenital tuberculosis should be interpreted as bladder tuberculosis, despite
the absence of Mycobacterium and specific pathomorphological changes in the biopsy. Conclusion: Comparing the
informativeness of clinical and laboratory studies, intravenous urography and echography, we can conclude that
cystoscopy and mucosal biopsy are the most important in the early detection of bladder tuberculosis.
