to study working conditions, lifestyle and other factors affecting the health status and quality of work of
patronage nurses. Material and methods: The study involved 640 patronage nurses, the study of the conditions and
lifestyle of which was carried out through a survey-interview. The obtained data was also entered into the developed
special form “Questionnaire for the study of the conditions and lifestyle of PMS”. Results: of the risk factors for the
health of medical personnel, the most significant in terms of the strength of the negative impact is emotional stress
associated with specific psycho-emotional characteristics of the work of medical workers. Conclusions: when forming
measures to increase labor productivity and the quality of work of patronage nurses, it is necessary to take into account
the main identified demographic, social characteristics and lifestyle factors of patronage nurses.
