Abstract

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), a prevalent endocrine disorder affecting women's reproductive health, faces ongoing hurdles in diagnosis, treatment, and patient care. Despite its commonality, PCOS continues to pose difficulties in both its identification and management, leaving both medical professionals and patients feeling frustrated with the current diagnostic and therapeutic approaches. This analysis condenses key insights regarding diagnosis and treatment, drawing from the latest established guidelines and highlighting novel research advancements since their initial release.
