Abnormal uterine bleeding (AUB) is a common multifactorial problem in reproductive health. Key risk factors included obesity (45 %), physical inactivity (55 %), hypothyroidism (30 %), and polycystic ovary syndrome (25%). Comorbid diabetes and hypertension were also observed.
